What to expect when you contact us

Whether you have one quick question or are ready to begin planning in earnest, the same team answers. There is no call center and no ticket queue. You reach an advisor, and that advisor stays with your trip from the first idea through the day you get home.

If you are ready to begin, it helps to have a rough shape in mind: approximate dates or a season, who is traveling, the part of the world you are drawn to, and any anchor you cannot move, a wedding, a school calendar, a milestone birthday. Nothing needs to be final. Most plans change several times before they are booked, and that is normal.

If your question is smaller, ask it anyway. We regularly help with passport and visa timing, whether a connection is legal, whether a fare is worth holding, and whether a hotel is really as good as its photographs.
